Upload or Snap Past Question

Store exams, PTA agendas, circulars, meeting notes and other school documents. Snap handwriting or upload files.

How to use:
• Snap photo – opens your camera for handwritten exam papers
• Browse files – pick PDF, Word, or a photo already on your phone
• Then either Save to Archive or Read handwriting → Word

One file, many exams? (e.g. Agric for Basic 2–6 in one Word file)
Save once for the first class/subject, then change Class and Subject and tap Save same file for another class — no need to re-upload.

Handwriting → Typed Word Document

This is not for uploading a file to the archive. Snap a handwritten exam, let AI type it neatly, then save as a Word document.

Tip: First click Type with AI, check the text, then click Save as Word. The school letterhead is added automatically.

AI Tools

Restructure questions, generate exams, or clean text. When you tap AI on an archive card, that document is loaded here automatically.

Split by class: Open a paper from the archive → choose action or type “Extract only Basic 2 Agricultural Science exam, plain text” → Run AI → Save extract to archive item. That card then keeps only the extracted class text.

Official letterhead is loaded. Replace only if you need a new version.
